Pick up times are given by surgical team, or plan to be here by 4 pm if you dont receive a call. There is a late fee if you do not arrive at the required time for pick up.

Carriers: CATS ARE TO BE IN APPROPRIATE CARRIERS. They are NOT TO BE IN ANY DOG KENNELS, BOXES, BAGS OF ANY SORT, COOLERS, LEASHES, OR IN YOUR ARMS AT ARRIVAL.
